DocAI.live is an AI-powered health information assistant that provides general wellness guidance based on both traditional and Ayurvedic approaches. The service uses OpenAI's API and allows Users to interact with the assistant to ask health-related questions and upload images of health conditions. DocAI.live does not store message histories or any data from User interactions, and any insights generated by the assistant should not be treated as a definitive health opinion or professional advice.
2.1 Not Health Advice The information provided by DocAI.live is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional health advice, clinical assessment, or therapeutic recommendations. Users should always consult a licensed healthcare provider or professional for health-related concerns.
2.2 No Patient–Provider Relationship Using DocAI.live does not create a patient–provider relationship. The assistant is an informational tool and cannot replace the expertise and judgment of a qualified healthcare professional.
2.3 No Storage of Data We do not store message histories, images, or any personal data provided by the User during interactions with the chatbot. Data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to User queries, and We cannot retrieve or review previous conversations.
3.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use DocAI.live. By using the service, You represent and warrant that You meet this age requirement.
3.2 User Conduct You agree not to misuse the service by submitting false information, uploading offensive or inappropriate content, or using the service for illegal or unethical purposes.
3.3 Uploading Images Users may upload images related to medical conditions for further guidance from the chatbot. However, You are solely responsible for ensuring that any images or content you upload are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe upon the rights of any third parties. By submitting content, You grant Us the right to use the images solely for the purpose of providing a response through the chatbot.
3.4 Subscription and Fees DocAI.live operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, You agree to pay the subscription fees outlined on our website. Fees are subject to change, and We will notify You of any pricing updates. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
4.1 General Limitation Beehive Labs LTD. and DocAI.live are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the chatbot's responses. We are not responsible for any health issues or complications that may arise from reliance on the chatbot's guidance.
4.2 No Liability for Uploaded Content We assume no liability for the content or quality of images or information provided by Users. The assistant's analysis of uploaded images relies solely on AI capabilities and is not a substitute for professional imaging review or clinical evaluation.
4.3 Third-Party Services The chatbot relies on third-party APIs, including OpenAI, and We are not responsible for any interruptions, delays, or faults caused by these third-party services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beehive Labs LTD., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the DocAI.live service or your breach of these Terms.
All content and materials available on DocAI.live, including but not limited to the chatbot's responses, website design, text, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Beehive Labs LTD. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without our express permission.
DocAI.live does not store personal data or chat histories. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information. Even though no data is stored, Users are advised to be cautious when submitting sensitive personal information or medical images.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DocAI.live at our discretion, with or without cause or notice. This includes violations of these Terms or any misuse of the service.
